Shipping & Returns
All ornaments are shipped double boxed and well packed.
Each order has come through a final check during the packaging process. Our decorations are also checked: their appearance, quality and durability so that your Christmas tree is decorated with the most beautiful pieces! Learn more about the packaging process in the video below.
If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us. Usually, we ask you to send us a picture of the broken ornament and send you a new one.
If you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return an unopened and unused item by first contacting us at email@example.com to identify the reason for the return and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. Then, you must return item within 14 days of receipt and enclose a copy of the invoice and the Return Merchandise Authorization number.
If requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
We currently ship only to U.S. and Canadian addresses. If you are interested in an international delivery, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Glassor supports environmental responsibility and sustainability. Accordingly, we use recycled boxes and reserve the right to consolidate shipments for multiple orders to the same address.
