Shipping & Returns

All ornaments are shipped double boxed and well packed. Each order has come through a final check during the packaging proces. Our decorations are also checked: their appearance, quality and durability so that your Christmas tree is decorated with the most beautiful pieces! Returns Policy

If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact us. Usually, we ask you to send us a picture of the broken ornament and send you a new one.

If you are dissatisfied with an item, you may return an unopened and unused item by first contacting us at support@glassor.com to identify the reason for the return and to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number.  Then, you must return item within 14 days of receipt and enclose a copy of the invoice and the Return Merchandise Authorization number.  

If requesting a refund, credit will be issued to your credit card upon receipt of the returned merchandise.  We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Shipping

We currently ship only to U.S. addresses.  If you are interested in an international delivery, please contact us at support@glassor.com 

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.
Glassor supports environmental responsibility and sustainability.  Accordingly, we use recycled boxes and reserve the right to consolidate shipments for multiple orders to the same address.
